Contact Tables

The Woodworking Industry Conference offers the industry’s only Contact Table program. This four-hour “speed dating” program is a unique, cost-efficient opportunity for manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, importers, end-users, and educators to schedule succinct, one-on-one business meetings.

The Contact Table structure is more focused than the hectic atmosphere of trade shows and more cost-effective than traveling coast to coast. Participating in the Contact Table program will substantially reduce your business/sales meeting costs and maximize the return on your WIC investment. Do not forget to reserve your contact table when you register for WIC.

How WIC Contact Tables Work for You

In early to mid-March, WMIA and WMMA will publish a list of contact information for all registrants to date, as well as contact information for those companies purchasing contact tables. Whether you are planning to host a table or just make the rounds, use this information to contact those industry colleagues you wish to meet with and schedule your appointments in advance. Each session is scheduled for 20 minutes. You can book double or triple time slots in advance if both parties agree.
