The reservation system will automatically default to a reservation with arrival on Monday, May 4 and departure Friday, May 8. To change those dates to fit your needs, at the top of the page, where it lists those dates and the number of rooms/guests desired, click “Edit” in the right-hand corner.
The planners of WIC have secured a group rate of $239/night, plus applicable taxes and an 8% resort fee which includes: Complimentary self-parking, guestroom internet, on-property resort transportation, unlimited use of health & fitness center, local & toll free phone access, Resort beach & swim access, and one-hour tennis court usage & one bucket of golf balls at Links Golf Range. One and two-bedroom suites are also available at a discounted rate. Please contact the resort directly for additional information.
You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. To receive the discounted rate, use this online reservations link. You may also call the hotel and reference “Woodworking Industry Conference 2020” or “WIC2020.” Reservations must be made by Monday, April 13, 2020 or before the WIC2020 room block is full, whichever comes first – so RESERVE EARLY!
Please note that the hotel requires a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax for each reservation. This deposit is refundable to the individual with notice at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Your association blocks hotel rooms for attendees to ensure lower room rates for all attendees and discounted meeting facility rates. Reserving a room in the association block supports the association and enables all attendees to enjoy a less expensive and expanded conference. We encourage all WIC participants to stay at the conference hotel so that we can continue to provide a cost-effective experience.
If you experience any difficulty when attempting to make hotel reservations, please contact Larry Hoffer with WMIA for assistance.
